Shipping Policy

At Always Jazzi, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.

  • We offer worldwide shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and delivery destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions and other factors outside of our control.

For international orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may be required by their country. Always Jazzi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on:

  • Hair bundles
  • Closures
  • Frontals
  • Bulk hair
  • Wigs
  • Wig accessories
  • Wig caps
  • Adhesives and bonding products
  • Styling tools

Exchange Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality products and carefully inspecting each order before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, email alwayzjazzibeauty@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer an exchange, store credit or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Important: Items that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, cut, colored or otherwise modified will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Changes to Services & Pricing

We may modify or discontinue any product or service, or change pricing, at any time without notice. We are not liable for such changes.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or withdraw service at our discretion. If we withdraw after work has begun, fees for completed work (at our hourly rate) may be deducted from any refund.
